ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Children under 2 years old ride for free and adults aged 55 and older ride for the elder rate.
All trips are based off One Way trips.
All riders are charged per stop according to the route/fee schedule. Any additional stops that are not scheduled in advance must be approved by the dispatcher or will be considered a special trip and then charged accordingly per stop.
Personal mobility or care assistants (PCA) are not charged a fare when assisting the passenger they are caring for
To meet your needs and ensure the time you need your ride is available, please call us as soon as you know you need a ride. We are able to book up to a year in advance and in as little as the same-day in many cases (additional fee may apply).
